Massage therapy services are generally covered under a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) when a letter of medical necessity is provided by a licensed physician. Contact your benefit administrator for your specific requirements. - Insurance –Elle Therapeutic Massage PC is a participating provider for massage therapy programs offered through insurance companies such as Highmark and Univera.
Because massage therapy coverage is dependent upon on your plan options, we suggest calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to clarify whether or not you have a massage therapy benefit.
